b. I Would Like to Order Sold Out Items. Is It Possible?
Yes, you can place an order to us with Pre-Order (PO) method. We will start the production after the payment. It will take 30 days for production until the product is ready to ship to your address.
c. How Do I Know Which Size To Choose?
For Men Series we provide sizing from 38 – 48 (with additional charges Rp 300.000 or 30 USD for size 46 – 48).
For Ladies Series we provide sizing from 35 – 42 (with additional charges Rp 300.000 or 30 USD for size 41 – 42).

d. What Kind of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept Bank Transfers and PayPal.
a. What Expedition That You Use?
For Domestic order, we use JNE YES for the shipment.
For International order, we use EMS for the shipment.
b. How Much for the Shipping Fee?
For the shipping fee you can check the detail at the checkout page. For your information 1 box of our shoes has volume dimension that equal to 2 Kg shipping fee.
c. How Soon Will I Get My Order?
After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, we will process your order the as soon as we are able to, or the next business day at the latest.
Note the process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 working days for Domestic order and 7 working days for International order.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
a. The Shoes I Received Doesn’t Fit Me Well (It’s Too Big or It Is Too Small). What Should I Do?
Don’t worry, for Domestic order you can exchange it with another size.
For International order we’re sorry we cannot exchange the size, all purchases are final. Please check next explanation for the detail of Return & Exchange policy.
Please note that you may not return or exchange all sale items.
b. Return & Exchange Policies:
i. You can exchange the size in the same day when your product is arrived to your address.
ii. The shoes must be in the same condition when it arrives to your address. Wearing it to walk or bend it (menekuk) are not allowed.
iii. The shoes should be returned new and unused. Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
iv. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
v. All of the shipping fee of Return & Exchange will be charged to the customer.
